We import our organic ginger fresh from Peru and dehydrate them slowly to preserve the sweetness and fragrant nature. Our garlic and onions are local to our area in Alberta and we dehydrate all our spices individually. The Thyme, Pepper, Oregano and Basil are from the Mediterranean and have been carefully selected for quality and freshness. And yes, Our Pimento is imported directly from Jamaica where the quality is always the best!
